I provide tracking number for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on me. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged. The cost of tracking number plus shipment is 20€ in total from Finland (all countries).
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.
Please notice that I cannot control any delays caused by customs.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the Finland or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Returns & Exchange
I do hope that your are happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with me immediately.
Please contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, I will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organise the return.
Have in mind: Since every piece is handcrafted, slight differences in pattern, color and form may appear.
Original and return postage is non refundable.
I can accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is unused, in original condition with labels still attached. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from Wilde Fern textile design website.
Once received by us, providing they are in sale-able condition you will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as soon as possible. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times).
I do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
I am unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. I reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately I can not be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order please email me as soon as possible at email@example.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non refundable.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
